I know I'm not alone in this experience. 

Having a million ideas, things to do, and buzzing with excitement around them. (Call it what you want - ADHD, manifesting generator energy, or just straight up being a f*king human being). 

Then slowly but surely the feeling of overwhelm creeps in. The excitement turns into an overly frazzled nervous system which for me often leads to shut down. 

This is where the shame and guilt come in which in turn creates more overwhelm for the nervous system. 

Here's the formula to moving through this: 

first - release the shame. GRACE + COMPASSION. How would you talk a friend through the same exact scenario? Or your inner child? Bring in some nurturing AF energy. Divine feminine energy. Creating space within the body and relaxing the nervous system so that you feel safe enough to create. 

step 2 - make a list. Long term (for me long term is monthly). Divine masculine energy. Creating structure and routine for yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. what do I intend to create this month? 

step 3 - tunnel vision in on the short term goals. Daily. What is going to move the needle forward ever so slightly to where it doesn't feel completely overwhelming? Focus on that list for the day. Once you are completed, give your body space to rest. Shut off your phone for the next 30 minutes to an hour and take a bath, a sound bath, exercise, or a meditation. 

step 4 - CELEBRATE. The more you celebrate your progress and really FEEL gratitude for yourself and how powerfully you are showing up - the more you in turn create space to show up for yourself. 

This creates a powerful cycle of self trust. Self trust is everything. Self trust is the foundation of creating a beautiful and fulfilling life. The more you trust yourself by doing what you say you are going to do - the more you trust others. The more you trust your higher power (whatever that may be for you).
